Available most of the year from our small farm shop 
which is based in the centre of Buckden village, we 
offer succulent meat in a wide range of cuts to satisfy 
every requirement including:

  • Breast boned/rolled lamb
  • Whole leg (with bone) lamb
  • Boned and rolled shoulder of lamb
  • Diced or minced lamb
  • Butterfly chops and lamb steaks
  • Whole or half lamb may be ordered in advance
  • Boxed Beef

Born and reared on Heber Farm, lamb and beef is slowly and carefully brought to maturity on the flower and herb rich
pastures of a National Trust, family run farm nestling beneath Buckden Pike in Upper Wharfedale.

The use of pesticides and herbicides is kept down to a bare minimum, allowing the natural meadows to give our
meat that unique taste of unsurpassed quality that is the hallmark of our lamb and beef.
